Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you change your mind, any items in new and unused condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit, or refund, as long as you have proof of purchase.
Refunds must be processed using the original payment method.
Please note that our policy does not replace or exclude any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees).
All orders will include the option for a Flat Rate of €9 for Express Shipping (Approximately 2-3 business days from the dispatch date).
DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of payment being processed.
During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and any other promotional period, it may take us up to 72 hours to dispatch your order.
In the unlikely event of further delays, for instance, if a piece is out of stock, we will notify you by email.
TRACKING
You will receive a tracking email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of placing your order so that we can do our best to assist.
